Philip has supported and facilitated the development of the GSI program since 2018, after having participated in the conference “Participation, Inclusion and Social Responsibility in Global Sports.” Philip’s consulting firm, Sports Works, provides expert guidance to sport-for-good and sport-for-change entities including The Vatican’s global initiative Sport for Humanity, and U.S. professional soccer’s athlete-led initiative Black Players for Change.
